This training provides Public Housing Agencies with a comprehensive understanding of the Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) system and how to use EIV to streamline the income verification process and reduce administrative errors and improper payments within HUD rental housing assistance programs. All new EIV system users are required to complete this training prior to obtaining access to the EIV system.
