This year’s show was delayed by well over an hour, and quite a few spectators left before it started. The Sheriff’s Department helicopter made a number of visits, and even came close to busting some people who were aiming lasers at the aircraft. The circling chopper and its spotlight made for an interesting aerial lightshow, especially when composited in timelapse.
Filmed with a Canon HS300, the quality was not as good as I had hoped, but still was an interesting show nonetheless. Some timelapse scenes of the huge crowds and heavy traffic leaving finish things out.
