Accident happens about two mins in. I am crossing Old Brompton Rd in the silver BMW from Onslow Gardens. I have a green light and am driving below the speed limit. The other driver turns right onto Old Brompton Road into my path. As you can see traffic was moving straight which shows there was a green light for going straight. At that junction the green light for turning right only comes on when the light for going straight turns red. So traffic cannot move straight and right simultaneously. Therefore, it is beyond doubt that the other driver was at total fault.
