Here’s a peek inside an opened NYC traffic control signal box on a intersection in Astoria, Queens. It’s powered using a Peek ATC-CBD controller. The traffic signals are powered as it appears via the Internet as there are various ethernet, internet, & USB ports. To be honest, it looks like a whole internet processor was plopped inside this traffic signal box.
