Arduino Traffic Lights

Traffic light system. 3 leds (green, yellow and red) are car traffic lights.
The other leds (red and green) are for pedestrians.
Initially green light for cars and red light for pedestrians.
Once the pushbutton is pressed and at least 5 seconds has gone by the lights change.
When lights change, car lights go from green, yellow to red.
Then after 1 sec (safety) the pedestrian green lights go on.
After 5 seconds the pedestrian green light starts to flash to let people now red light is about to turn on.
