♯Cutshaveconsequences is a grassroots awareness campaign for the Police, that created a major media hype and even grabbed the attention of the Shadow Home Secretary.
♯Cutshaveconsequences campaign is a collaboration between TINKER TAYLOR and Martis Media- with us producing the video content and Martis Media overseeing the media campaign.
We produced eleven films for eleven different forces, all of whom wanted to communicate to the public the serious consequences of the cuts to Police budgets.
♯Cutshaveconsequences campaign produced 100,000 hits in 24 hours of launching the campaign
After the success of the initial Essex launch, the campaign was then adopted by another 11 Federations across the country
The Phrase/hashtag #CutsHaveConsequences was used by politicians, including Shadow Home Secretary, in public speeches and policing appearances
There are more than 100,000 page impressions a day on social media now that the campaign has evolved.
The campaign got TV, Radio and press coverage across England and Wales.
Appeared in the London Evening Standard – with a readership of more than 1.5 million people.
