I’m not sure what is going on here on 4th Street in Moore, just east of Telephone Road. First, I had to go around a trailer that had been abandoned in the right lane, then I come upon a boat in the opposite lane, apparently waiting for the light to change. I did not see anyone pulled over or standing next to these items, they just appeared abandoned.
