Cadillac with license plate BZBA 748 cuts me off on Humber Valley Road, September 8, 2017. Takes the oncoming lane on a hill and a curve, then cuts me off to the entrance to the parking lot. Instead of stopping to chat or park his vehicle, he drove off pretty quickly.
