0:53 Not happy with “Secure Parking” a company that provides parking in the CBD. We had booked and pre-paid for a parking spot in the city, but when we arrived the entire park was full, which we didn’t realise until we had entered 30 min queue to be ushered out of the park. The footage shown was the 2nd car park we tried, fortunately they warned us not to go in. Unfortunately we tried another car park after and got stuck in a 45 minute queue just to be denied a park. We complained and got 2 free parking vouchers but we were still pretty pissed.
