I was driving today when I saw a Louisiana State Police officer had someone pulled over. Simple situation, right? Well, after I made my stop and got back onto the road this lady came out of the parking lot and into the right lane and then straight into my lane in the left. That’s when I knew something was wrong. I watched this lady for a minute and she was coming over into my lane quite a few times so I whipped out the camera. What happens next is just unbelievable!
Before you go and bash me over this. The video WAS handed over to the local police. Also, HERE in Louisiana. It IS NOT illegal to hold a camera as long as your not texting. I was very very late to pick up my WIFE! There was already like 20 people getting out of their cars and people from the store fronts and such. I was caught in the moment there at the end. Who wouldn’t be? Also here in Louisiana, when you rear end someone, you are automatically at fault so the local and State Police told me the video would not be needed. Plus, the State Police officer had already just given her a ticket for something else on this lady so justice was served…… promptly.
