Toting his cameras to the backwoods of West Virginia, documentarian Matthew J. Pellowski attempts to unmask the mystery of the Mothman, a strange, winged creature sighted by four friends in the 1960s that appeared to spawn a rash of tragic deaths. Although the incident has gone unexplained for decades, many locals believe that they, too, saw the Mothman … and some fear that they might someday see him again.
