FBI orchestrated, psychological tactics directed towards me. Not only is this misconduct and abuse of privileges but they are endangering innocent lives. The two Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) employees’ faces shown at video mark 00:23 in OCFA ambulance M17, license plate 1344750 (video mark 00:36 ) were heading south on Valley View passing red lights. By the time I reached where they were parked (video mark 02:43 ) there was no emergency activity occurring and their lights and sirens were turned off. When they noticed me approaching, they turned on their sirens and flashing lights and sped off making a left turn on another red light (heading west on Orangewood Ave).
This is the response I received when I made a complaint to the Orange County Fire Authority in regards to endangering innocent lives:
We received your written complaint and video, and I will be further investigating the issue of concern. Thank you for bringing this matter to the OCFA’s attention.
Might you be available to briefly meet with me at Cypress City Hall on Sunday, July 6? I hope to take just a few minute of your time to understand your observations and concerns.
If July 6 isn’t workable, please suggest another date that meets your needs.

The threat of these technologies being abused and used in staged terror events to stoke mass fears and insecurity to promote the public to willfully give up their civil rights, privacy and Bill of Rights is a clear and present danger that needs to be addressed now. All that is needed is access to the FBI terrorist watch list, mind reading and brain to brain communication to direct their target to carry out the staged terror event they desire to take place. As you can glean from my other videos, key positions in the emergency response, law enforcement, federal agencies are already infiltrated with roles to cover up the real tracks.
Unless us Americans pass laws to ban the usage of mind reading and mind to mind communication, government employees like FBI, Sheriff department, local police, police volunteers, etc will continue to utilize and abuse it to extort/incriminate and organize stalk innocent lives (civil/political activists, whistleblowers, press, religious groups) and bypass the US Constitution’s checks and balances. Worse our livelihoods are threatened by unelected deep state individuals working behind the curtains desiring to turn this country into a secular, George Orwell’s Nineteen Eight Four type omnipresent government surveillance state.
