FPGA traffic light

Using Altera’s Cyclone II, I show how to use the block diagrams to create a traffic light using two D flip-flops, and frequency division using the DE1 internal 50Mhz clock. I done this project in the past using micro controllers (PICS and Arduino), it was time to do it using FPGA.
