Video of the progress to-date in my garage traffic light project. Here you see the light do its thing as I manually provide +24VDC to the respective inputs on the microcontroller. So this means that everything from the Micrologix 1000 to the light itself passes regression testing. The issue in this build has been the sensors on the “front end” of the design. I have ordered a new set and am waiting on their arrival, supposedly Friday. I hope to have the project finished off by the weekend. And no, I don’t plan on leaving the light sitting on the ground. I will use garage mount railings to hang it on the wall across three wall studs. But more on that later. Feedback welcomed.
