Gary Heseltine served 20 years as a Police Detective. Heseltine was one of the principal investigators of the Rendlesham Forest Incident. His experience in the Royal Air Force was very similar to the officers of the Rendlesham Forest Incident. Heseltine served at nuclear bases like the USAF policeman Larry Warren, John Burroughs, and Jim Penniston. This is absolutely a nuclear issue.
In 2002 Heseltine created the Police Reportings UFO Sightings Database. This database is used by UK police officers to record on and off duty police sightings. Below are 425+ cases involving 940+ British Police officers. Over 70% of these cases are multiple witness officer cases.

1/03/1993. 0115 hours. RAF Cosford, Shropshire. This sighting was reported by two RAF Police officers and is included because it is central to the most detailed series of police UFO incidents ever recorded in the UK (at least 26 police officers observed multiple UFOs as they passed over six counties of the UK). At 0115 hours the officers observed two white/cream coloured objects moving at an altitude of 1000 feet as they passed directly over the RAF Cosford airfield. They observed a bright red glow coming from behind the two objects as they passed over the airfield. The UFOs were seen moving away in the direction of Wolverhampton in the Midlands area. They were seen for one minute and there was no sound despite the low altitude. The officers made checks with RAF Lynham, RAF Brize Norton and RAF West Drayton which all came back as negative. However checks with RAF Shawbury revealed that an Air Traffic Controller had also witnessed the objects as they had passed low over the airfield there. Enquiries with Birmingham International Airport proved negative however Bristol Airport did confirm unusual objects had been reported over the area at 0055 hours approximately 20 minutes prior to the sighting at Cosford. In total 26 officers were involved in tracking these objects over six counties. Two Officers. On duty sighting. Source: Various/MOD Files.
0300 hours. 1978. Location – Chiltern, near Long Crendon, Buckinghamshire. Two uniformed officers, PC ERIC RAYMENT and a Special Constable were parked up talking to another uniformed officer when they observed a brilliant light going Northwest. After a few seconds it disappeared from view only to reappear a short time later a half mile from their location. The object was travelling at a slow speed at an altitude of 500 feet. No noise was heard. The light was described as the size of a football field. As the UFO slowly passed over the landscape the officers observed several smaller lights flying around the main object. They watched the UFO for approximately five minutes before they literally disappeared before their eyes. During the sighting the officers used their police radio (VHF) to contact Kiddlington Police Headquarters. They were asked to give a description of the object over the air knowing that the details would automatically be recorded in the Control Room. PC Rayment made a full pocket book entry and completed a sketch of the UFO. UFO CLASSIFICATION – NL (NOCTURNAL LIGHT). On Duty sighting. 3 Officers. Source – Eric Rayment/PRUFOS.
The subject of UFOs should now be accepted openly in the mainstream media as being real in nature which in turn would allow people to come forward without the fear of ridicule and a risk to their careers. As a police detective of many years of service I believe that the collective testimonial, documentary, and physical evidence obtained in over 60 years of UFO research overwhelmingly confirms that some UFO sightings do represent an ongoing extraterrestrial engagement with planet Earth.
