Got Attendance Data…Now What?



Context turns data into information that can be summarized, organized, and analyzed. Focusing on the issue of school attendance, this session of the 2016Pennsylvania Department of Education Data Summit examined protocols for making sense of data and using that data to address student achievement. Presenter Gail Heinemeyer, Director of Support Services of the Ridley School District, discussed the data-driven dialogue process and the key questions to evaluate how schools and districts address attendance.
