The CHIC project integrates fuel cell hydrogen (FCH) powered buses with the public transport system throughout Europe and is co-financed through a public-private partnership between the European Commission and industry. Using hydrogen to produce electricity, the FCH buses offer a quiet and sustainable transport solution, emitting only water vapour.
As global energy demand increases vastly, so does our quest for a sustainable and clean future. One of the promising solutions can be found in FCH which aims to satisfy our energy needs without escalating climate change.
