The Cisco officers doesn’t go behind (Defu Ave 1) and search any light vehicles park in Heavy Vehicle (HV) lots then summon as illegal parking along Defu Lane 10. Anyhow summons at the front road. Besides, the heavy vehicles try to park at HV lots but alot of light vehicles has been parked. (Especially breakdown vehicles)
