Lemon Bread Recipe:
1/2 cup butter, soften
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 cup of all purpose flour
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp. of baking soda
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- strawberry jam (optional)
- candy hearts (optional)
Bake the bread at 350 F. for 40 mins (or until toothpick comes out clean).
