8:15 p.m a 5 light vee formation was seen over Prescott, @ 8:30 traveled south to Phoenix & @ 8:45
passed over Tucson , 200 miles in 30 minutes or 400 miles per hour then 10:00 in the sky southwest
of Phoenix 9 lights appeared in the sky, & slowly sank & disappeared behind the Estrella mountains
only 1 person videotaped both the vee plane formation & the later event too & please note that Barry
M. Goldwater Air Force Range, also called Luke Air Force Range & that contains the 3 tactical sub
ranges North South & East Tac, & Tucson air National Guard Base Units include Geographically
Separated Units at Davis-Monthan AFB like Operation Snowbird, & several Fighter Squadrons

during the first event Mitch Stanley from his backyard & Using a 40X 10-inch Dobsonian telescope he
could see that each light in the the sky V was actually a double, with & light under each squarish wing
& he told his mother, who was standing nearby, that the lights were planes but he didn’t know what type
they were but witnesses in Prescott clearly heard jets & said so & Mitch Stanley tried to contact a city
council woman as well as a couple of UFO flim flam men but he was rebuffed & When Stanley first gave

flight controllers job to track these aircraft. The enroute controller is at a completely different location
radar used by air traffic controllers in that arie reads signals emitted by transponders in the airplanes
themselves & in a formation of 7 planes, only the lead plane would turn on its transponder so air traffic
controllers could track it & depending on the planes’ altitude, that may have been legal to turn them off

the second unrelated event was a string of LUU-2B/B illumination flares dropped by 4 A-10 Warthog
aircraft & A Maryland Air National Guard pilot, Lt. Col. Ed Jones confirmed this 2007 & Dr Bruce
Maccabee triangulated 4 videotapes to determining that the objects were near or over the same range
