Minor Traffic Collision (Caught On Video)

Heartland Fire & Rescue Department Engine 8 and Medic 8 responding to a medical emergency, Medic 6 (reserve ambulance) responding to the traffic collision.

The Story:
I noticed the female in the black SUV moments before Station 8 got their call, I thought she was having car trouble, as I was getting in position to get the shot, she pulls up to where I am standing and stops. At this point I knew she was the one having trouble, not the car. I was trying to keep her out of the shot, that is when the California Highway Patrol makes a traffic stop in the fire station parking lot. After the video stops the CHP Officer started to make his way over, that is when myself and another driver tell him we believe she is driving under the influence, the CHP Officer immediately asks for her keys and she hands them over to him, the video starts again. The driver of the traffic stop is released and not given a citation, I did not get video of the San Miguel Fire District/CAL FIRE engine arriving because I was giving my statement and showing the video to the officer of the El Cajon Police Department, the call was in their jurisdiction. The Female driver of the SUV was taken into custody by the El Cajon Police Department for suspicion of driving under the influence.
