Two people on a motorcycle attempted to flee from a SDPD officer for running a red light in San Diego (Murray Ridge), the chase went down the I-805, with the motorcyclist reaching speeds of 100+ mph, and ended in National City, when the motorcyclist crash into a wall in the parking lot of the Euclid Plaza. The 23 year old male died at the scene, The 23 year old female was transported to a local hospital.
