Apologies for the lack in quality and short life of the video. My N8 is down and I only had my grandma’s 2MP nokia at hand.
Essentially I have two infrared diodes in a voltage divider formation hooked up to a KitTen Arduino housing an ATmega328. It measures ambient light. If there is a substantial dip for a substantial period of time over both receivers, it will then either increment or decrement the counter depending which receivers returns to normal function first.
IT WORKS… EXACTLY HOW I PLANNED IT TO!!! Maybe I do have a chance at university after all…
