Haldwani (Uttarakhand), June 07 (ANI): Food sellers are openly selling plastic rice in markets in Haldwani distict of Uttrakhand .The matter came to light when a video of children playing with a ball made up of plastic rice went viral. District authorities said that strict action will be taken against the culprits. They added that they are investigating the matter.
