The Prius decided to go on a red forcing the left turning traffic (with a green arrow) to stop. When the left turners stop to avoid the Prius one gets rear ended. The Prius then does the reverse of shame and the intersection clears. The Prius then drives off when their light turns green. Sadly I did not see the collision until later when reviewing footage or I would have stopped to provide it to the victims.
