Kids TV Series. Starring main characters : “Quickerly & Carefully.” They live in a small neighbourhood on 43 Rat Street. They are characterised in shape by a red triangle , and a blue circle. Both individually and collectively they represent them in a different characteristics They engage in the differences from responsible and prudent to warning against speeding ; reckless and impulsive. All the while maintaining good friendships and neighborly relations between all the cozy neighborhood residents. In each episode, a new morning , the two wake up and go off to another daily educational adventure
