Right Turn Signal Arrow For Drivers On Eglinton Avenue (REALLY Rare Cycle)

At this intersection, when the light turns green for eastbound, and westbound, drivers have a turning arrow for RIGHT turns, because they want drivers to have a chance to turn right, before the pedestrians start to cross. Downtown Toronto would be a great place for this, because there is a lot more pedestrians. Drivers get frustrated there, because not only is there a lot of pedestrians, but pedestrians always jaywalk. They always start to cross when the flashing hand is on. According to the law, you are not suppose to start crossing when the orange hand is flashing, but everyone does, so drivers sometimes need a turning arrow for right turns, before the pedestrians cross.
