Safeway parking whole lot in Woodburn Oregon close to image enforced targeted traffic lights

I was entertained by the image enforcement intersection at evening. There are about 3 flashes that go off for each offense. I feel it could typical about two routines per hour. The flash is pretty recognizable at evening, but not so considerably throughout the working day.
