Happened this afternoon when all of the the traffic lights at Bukit Batok East Ave 3 & 6 broke down (near Keming Primary School). Not a single traffic lights were available to control the traffic and yet pedestrians and vehicles are able to coordinate with one another without the aid of traffic police!
Maybe…
1) Light Traffic?
2) Kampong Spirit?
3) Singapore’s traffic rules is well thought (LTA and education)?
