The traffic light study has been a curiosity of mine for a while. Since Google maps does not include the locations of traffic light intersections, I used the Google Earth program to mark known and visually seen traffic light intersections. Though I probably missed a few lights, it still makes planning routes better.
Its when you find your self waiting behind traffic light after traffic light, that you decide to study a map to find a better route for next time.
If anyone knows a way I can upload the file to some place (so others can download it to their “Google Earth”), leave a comment describing how, and I will.
