AMBER means ‘Stop’ at the stop line. You may go on only if the AMBER appears after you have crossed the stop line or are so close to it that to pull up might cause an accident says the HWC
When approaching green lights, in my mind these are the ones that will make us stop if they have been green for a while, so this is what we teach, approach and be prepared to stop…pupil was actually going to drive through, dual brake used to avoid a moving traffic offense being committed…another learning curve
