Understanding Samsung Tablet Charging Current and Not-charging Icon (Battery Icon with a red x)

This video shows measurements of Samsung Tab 10.1 charging current using different charging sources. When the tablet is connected to a non-Samsung charger, it only draws 0.4A even some chargers can actual support 2A maximum.
