Driver drives down bus lane over a distance that is more than 50m away from corner. The red traffic light to allow buses to merge back into the main traffic is triggered, as a result the vehicle (and other vehicles driving legally in the other lanes) are required to stop.
In this case buses and cyclists have green light, so with a vehicle stopped in the bus lane it is a hazard.

“Use of the lane for these purposes must be kept to a minimum length and be no more than 50 metres. You must give way to any vehicles entitled to use the lane.”
