Here’s a few clips of the parking garage the City of VA Beach opened for free hurricane parking at 9th St at the oceanfront. I got close to popping a gasket! The problem is that a bunch of idiots parked wherever the heck they wanted making ingress and egress rather difficult. I think the city should snatch everyone of those cars and drag them to the top deck and leave them there. Oh yeah, watch the truck I’m following closely and sorry for hitting the pause button when I jumped. LOL!
