On 1st April 2017 at 5:01:47pm, I was traveling along Stevens Road. While my vehicle is in the stationary position at Stevens Road waiting for traffic light to give the green arrow to turn into One Balmoral Road, the vehicle (Mitsubishi Lancer) fail to stop at red light. Looking at the traffic signals my vehicle is ready to move, I was hesitant to accelerate forward when I notice the oncoming vehicle is not ready to stop. The vehicle fails to stop and beat the red light.
The vehicle as shown in the video shows the driver beat the red light. The driver also suspect using the mobile phone while the vehicle is in motion.
