This video was uploaded from an Android phone. This is taken westbound on FL 869 just west of I-95, by the Publix distribution center. The light to make the left turn just turned red as we arrived. We waited and waited and waited. most of the time there is no traffic heading eastbound on 869, which makes this wait very frustrating.
