This left turn signal exists at the intersection of Washington, Central, and Grove Streets in Wellesley, Massachusetts. The signal is mounted above a left turn lane that has two left turn movements, one toward Washington Street, and another toward Grove Street. As you can see in the video, the signal goes from green arrow, to the double yellow arrow, then to the red arrow. The bottom section has an LED bi-modal yellow/green arrow insert.
